HPKT Neighborhood Association

Welcome! Our vibrant, diverse community is located only minutes from the center of uptown Columbia, SC. The Hyatt Park / Keenan Terrace Neighborhood Association (HPKT) is a volunteer organization that seeks to improve our neighborhood and provide a place for the exchange of vital information.

Please join us on the third Monday of the month March through December in the Eau Claire Print Building, 3907 Ensor Avenue, Columbia, SC 29203. We meet at 7:00 p.m. Law Enforcement reports are featured as a part of our regular business meetings.

Membership: Our year runs from March through February. Membership dues are $10 per person per year for residential homes and $25 per year for businesses. For more information on the perks of joining our business membership, please email hpkt.president@gmail.com.

You do not have to be a paid member to attend our meetings or events!

Boundaries of Hyatt Park / Keenan Terrace are East of N. Main Street to Glendon Road; west of N. Main Street and Monticello Road to Clement Road; north of Sunset Drive; south of Lakeside Drive.
